Before you add: check for duplicates

• Search by registration first (most reliable).
• If no registration: search by fleet number + operator.
• Check similar entries (same batch/area).

What to add first (most important fields)

• Registration (if known)
• Operator
• Fleet number (if clearly shown)
• Clear photo evidence where possible

What to do if you’re unsure

• Leave uncertain fields blank rather than guessing.
• Upload a clear photo set (front/side/rear).
• Use notes (if available) to explain what you saw.

Accuracy beats completeness
